You know you\u2019ll financialize your homes. You\u2019ll financialize your cars. You\u2019ll financialize your watches, your jewelry, and your art. You\u2019ll financialize every random thing,\u201d he&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=sJnbdnqvp_8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">told<\/a>&nbsp;the Savvy Finance podcast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBy monetizing it and financializing it, you can borrow against it, you can trade it, you can pull forward value into the future against it. But it will all be tracked,\u201d according to Social Capital\u2019s CEO.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palihapitiya agreed with the host that people would even be enabled to monetize and financialize their careers with the use of the technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, the investor said that, in the long-term, the government would require an \u201coff-ramp to taxation\u201d of such assets, as, for instance, \u201ca physical house exists in the world. You can\u2019t hide the existence of a physical house.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSome assets will live anonymously. And those are the assets that don\u2019t need to exist in the real world.
